  • What is the age requirement to rent a car?

    For economy vehicles, the minimum age requirement is 23. For luxury/high end cars and SUVs, you need to be at least 25 years old.

  • What do I need to rent a car?

    You just need a copy of your insurance, a valid driver’s license, and a credit card or cash to pay for the rental. (If you don’t have insurance please call us)

  • Is there a security deposit?

    Yes. If there is any damage to the vehicle upon inspection, we’ll have to revoke the security deposit.

  • Are there penalties for late returns?

    Yes we provide a 30min grace period. A client who will return their rented vehicle after the specified time/grace period will be subjected to the cost of the daily rate.

  • What is the refund policy?

    Due to high demand and regardless of reason, we only give a maximum 50% refund from your security deposit if a rental has been canceled before the rental period begins. Once the rental period starts and you decide to cancel there will “No Refund”. This is a policy that we strictly implement.

  • How many miles do I get with my rental?

    While renting the vehicle, a member of our team will inform you of the mileage limit of the rental.

  • Are there any guarantees?

    No. As much as we are proud to have a 99% perfect track record for reservation accuracy, we don’t guarantee your vehicle selection, time frame, make & model, availability, price, or any other detail.

    A-List Lifestyle reserves the right to amend your reservation at any time, with or without prior notice. However, you can rest assured that we always do everything to provide you with the best car rental experience.

  • Can I extend my rental trip?

    Yes, you can. Be sure to contact us for extension approval.

  • Can I use the vehicle for rideshare?

    Only selected vehicles are available for rideshare. Please see about our rideshare program.
